As part of the project implementation, the company provides comprehensive construction management from the start of work to the commissioning of the facility.
Key work performed:
- representing the Client's interests at all stages of project implementation;
- project management, coordination of the work of all construction participants, and engagement of specialized experts;
- monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations, schedules, equipment deliveries, and the use of financial resources;
- organizing a risk management system, forecasting potential deviations, and developing measures to minimize them;
- organization and conduct of coordination meetings, preparation of minutes, and monitoring the implementation of decisions taken;
- maintaining the register of project and contractual documentation, monitoring contract amendments, and ensuring proper document flow;
- monitoring the project's financial status, expense analysis, invoice verification, and preparation of reports and recommendations regarding additional funding;
- interaction with contractors, design organizations, regulatory agencies, state and local government authorities, and other stakeholders;
- coordination of commissioning activities, organization of the facility's connection to utility networks, participation in the facility's commissioning;
- monitoring the rectification of issues, finalizing settlements, and preparing the final report on project implementation.
