Provision of consulting engineer services, including:
- Project management
- Support in obtaining permits and regulatory approvals
- Monitoring of the project schedule
- Technical supervision of work execution (monitoring quality, work volumes, and compliance with design specifications)
- Construction cost control
- Management of changes to design decisions
- Legal support and dispute resolution
Results:
The object was built and commissioned in January 2024.
Total construction cost: UAH 250 million.
