As part of the project, our team provided:
- analysis of project documentation and preparation of recommendations for optimizing design solutions;
- monitoring compliance with the work schedule, work volumes, and quality, as well as conformity with design documentation and construction standards;
- monitoring the quality of construction materials, products, and structures; verification of as-built documentation and laboratory test results;
- control of compliance with calendar schedules, financing, quality, volumes and technology of construction and installation works;
- verification of the compliance of executed works with design documentation, building codes, and the requirements of applicable legislation;
- quality control of construction materials, structures, and equipment; analysis of certificates of conformity, technical data sheets, and laboratory test results;
- oversight of as-built documentation management, verification of certificates of work performed, confirmation of actual work volumes, and participation in their acceptance;
- conducting instrumental checks and photo/video documentation; participating in the inspection of concealed works and structural elements, as well as in geodetic control;
- coordination of occupational health and safety matters, risk management, and monitoring compliance with safety requirements at the construction site;
- support for contractual procedures, review of project amendments, analysis of claims and disputes, and organization of their pre-trial resolution;
- coordination with contractors, design firms, regulatory and government agencies, as well as support for the facility's commissioning.
