Reconstruction of a compressor station (CS) with a capacity of 50 million m³/day; inlet CS gas pressure is 33 kgf/cm², and outlet CS pressure is 55 kgf/cm².
As part of the project, our specialists carried out the following:
- quality control, verification of work volumes, and oversight of construction and installation techniques;
- verification of the compliance of the work performed with the design and estimate documentation and current building codes;
- monitoring the use of certified materials, structures and equipment, analysis of technical passports, certificates and laboratory test results;
- verification and monitoring of the maintenance of as-built documentation;
- instrumental verification of the actual volumes of work performed and confirmation of their conformity with the certificates of work performed;
- documenting identified violations, preparing directives for their rectification and monitoring the implementation of corrective measures;
- preparation of regular reports for the Client regarding the progress of construction, the quality of work performed and any detected deviations.
