🌿 Sustainable Development and Environmental Engineering

During contract design and administration, we implement the following approaches:

• Energy efficiency: we incorporate solutions into designs that reduce the energy consumption of facilities during the operational phase.
• Rational material intensity: we optimize structural designs to reduce concrete and metal consumption without compromising strength.
• Reducing the carbon footprint: we prioritize local building materials and low-CO₂ emission technologies.
• Ecosystem protection: developing sections EIA (environmental impact assessment) to minimize interference with hydrological and landscape systems (especially for roads, bridges and water treatment facilities).

🛡 Occupational Health and Industrial Safety

Ensuring life safety is implemented through the existing OHSMS:

• Safety of design solutions: engineers model the construction and operation processes of structures to completely eliminate the risk of injury (the "Safety by Design" concept).
• Vision Zero: we implement and monitor compliance with the Vision Zero concept at construction sites.
• Comprehensive audit: we regularly conduct workplace inspections and verify the availability of PPE, the functionality of collective protective equipment, and authorizations for high-risk work.

🏗 Oversight of contractors

As the Consulting Engineer, we exercise strict supervision over the activities of general contractors and subcontractors:

• Initial qualification screening: we assess whether contractors possess valid permits, certified occupational safety engineers, and internal environmental regulations.
• Waste management: we verify that contractors hold the necessary licenses and contracts for the disposal of construction debris, asphalt-concrete scrap, and chemical substances.
• Halting hazardous work: our technical supervision engineers have the authority to immediately suspend construction if the contractor is found to be violating safety regulations or environmental standards.
• Incident monitoring: we maintain a transparent record of all hazardous situations (Near Misses) at our sites to proactively eliminate risks.

Company management guarantees regular audits of the OHSMS, continuous staff training, and the allocation of necessary financial resources to fulfill environmental and safety obligations.

Human safety and environmental protection are an integral part of our engineering quality.
